La Pampa is mainly sold online and in some upcoming pop-ups. To receive information subscribe to our newsletter by leaving your email on the website.

How do I know if a one-size-fits-all piece will fit me?


Refer to the product sheet descriptions which indicate the corresponding sizes and keep in mind that the Pampa in one size is rather large than small.

Are international orders subject to customs fees?


For any orders outside the Eurozone, we are currently unable to include customs fees and taxes in the final price. We are doing our best to have this done in the coming months.

How do I know if an item is available?


The stock announced as available on la-pampa.com corresponds to the entire stock of our network.
If an item that interests you is no longer available, you will have the option to subscribe to the availability alert by entering your email address to receive a notification as soon as the model is back in stock.

Is it possible to cancel an order?


Once you have received the order confirmation email, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. We advise you to wait for the receipt of the latter and to proceed with a return in accordance with the rules of the art.

How to make a return from Metropolitan France? An item you ordered does not suit you?

You can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt at your own expense.

The returned item(s) must have no signs of use, no perfume, no traces of makeup and must never have been washed.
Hang tags must always be attached.
In the event that the product is returned to us stained or worn, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. In the event that the product is returned to us damaged or without its label, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. It (they) must be packed in a solid box or bubble envelope accompanied by the invoice or delivery note and in perfect condition.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, we decline all responsibility; the choice of carrier is the customer's responsibility.

Is it possible to exchange a La Pampa piece?


It is not possible to exchange a La Pampa piece. We advise you to place a new order for the desired piece, then wait for your first order to be received and proceed with a return.
