We do our best to ship all parcels within 2 business days, as soon as the order is placed.
We offer free shipping on orders over 300 € (including VAT) to the following markets: France & Europe.

Rest of the world:

All International shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to La Pampa, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting the custom office of your country for further information as La Pampa is not able to estimate the
duties or taxes that may be incurred. The shipping cost will be indicated when placing the order according to the country of destination. Please note that La Pampa cannot be held responsible for any delay in orders due to delay in customs clearance or payment transactions.
The availability of products is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Returns and exchanges
You have 15 days from the date of delivery of your order to return your purchase. The items must be in perfect condition with all tags attached. Once we have received your parcel, processing the return may take up to 5 days.
When the return is processed, your refund will appear within 2 to 5 working days.
You will receive an email confirming both the reception and the refund of your parcel.

We kindly recommend using the following shipping services: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx. Please note that the return via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. La Pampa cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.
We are not currently able to offer free returns unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product.
We have no exchange policy.
The procedure you would have to follow if you want to exchange your item for another one would be to return the one you have previously purchased, following the steps of our return policy and on the other hand, place a new order with the item you want.
